Menu Plan Monday

We are going on a short camping trip this week for our annual “Mother’s Day” trip to the beach. We do take a camp stove though, so we will still be able to have hot meals.  To read more about our grocery shopping/meal planning, go here, here, and here.  A dear sister-in-law of mine gave us some wild game & salmon, so those will be appearing once in awhile as well.

Dinner: (Company for Dinner) Elk Roast with Sweet Potatoes, Brown Rice Salad (with Almonds & Dried Cranberries), Spinach/Grape Tomato Salad* with Nourishing Traditions Balsamic Dressing, Organic Strawberries*

To Do: Soak Porridge for Tuesday, Thaw Soup, Make Turkey Burger Patties & Deviled Eggs for Wednesday
Breakfast:  Nourishing Traditions Porridge, Eggs, Fresh Carrot/Fruit Juice or Hot Tea
Lunch:  Salmon Salad, Orange Slices, Green Salad with Sprouted Sunflower Seeds
Dinner: (In the Car)  Quesadillas (on Homemade Tortillas), Guacamole, Carrot Sticks
To Do: Soak Muesli, Slice Bread & Cheese, Wash Lettuce, Pour Jars of Water for Wednesday
Breakfast: Nourishing Traditions Muesli, Turkey Bacon, Fruit Juice or Hot Tea
Lunch: Homemade Turkey Burgers w/Lettuce, Carrot Sticks
Snacks: Deviled Eggs, Popcorn
Dinner: Lentil/Vegetable Soup w/Dumplings (from freezer), Grilled Cheese Sandwiches on Homemade Bread, Orange Slices
Breakfast: (In the Car) Deviled Eggs, Homemade Bread & Butter, Fruit Juice
Lunch: Monte Cristo sandwiches on Homemade Bread, Green Salad with Sprouted Sunflower Seeds
To Do: Soak Black Beans, Millet, and Pumpkin Seeds for Friday, Make Butter
Dinner: Best Black BeansNourishing Traditions Millet Casserole, Carrot & Pumpkin Seed Salad
To Do: Soak White Beans and Barley for Saturday, Bake Nourishing Traditions Yeasted Buttermilk Bread
To Do: Soak Oatmeal Batter for Sunday
Breakfast: Baked Oatmeal, Eggs, Fresh Carrot/Fruit Juice
Lunch:  Chef Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing, Sprouted Sunflower Seeds, and Cheese, Homemade Bread & Butter
Dinner: Tuna Casserole (from freezer), Carrot Sticks, Kiwi
