Menu Plan Monday

We arrived back home from our trip (more about that later), and I’m staring at a basically empty fridge!  I’ll stop by the store tomorrow to pick up a few things, though, and I filled the freezer and pantry with staples before we left.  

Breakfast: Oatmeal, Eggs, Hot Tea
Lunch: Salmon Salad Sandwiches w/Lettuce, Apple-Blueberry Sauce
Dinner: Leftovers, Orange Slices

To Do: Soak Waffle Batter


Breakfast: Buttermilk Waffles with Peanut Butter, Orange Slices
Lunch: Cheese Omelets, Green Salad with Lemon Dressing and Sprouted Sunflower Seeds, Millet Muffins
Dinner: Bison Burgers, Carrot Sticks (Make Mayonnaise)
To Do: Soak Lentils and Tortilla Batter, Thaw Turkey and Soak Black Beans for Thursday
Breakfast: Laura’s Applesauce Bread, Eggs, Kiwi
Lunch: Herbed Pizza Bread (from Gooseberry Patch’s Celebrate the Seasons) on homemade whole wheat dough* topped with Fontina Cheese, Chef Salad
Dinner: Lentil Tacos on Homemade Tortillas, Carrot Sticks
*= Dough makes 2 crusts; Save one for Sunday
To Do: Soak Muesli and Muffin Batter, Cook Black Beans
Breakfast: Nourishing Traditions Muesli, Eggs
Lunch: Black Bean Soup, Lemon Muffins, Kiwi (Save some Black Beans for Friday’s Taco Salad.)
Dinner: Turkey Meatloaf, Green Salad, Potato Salad
To Do: Soak Brown Rice
Breakfast: French Toast, Homemade Yogurt, Strawberries
Lunch: Vietnam Fried Rice with homemade Peanut Sauce
Dinner: Black Bean Taco Salad, Carrot Sticks, Homemade Corn Chips
To Do: Make Butter, Make Yogurt, Soak Lentils and Barley
Breakfast: Onion Quiche (with rice crust), Orange Slices
Lunch: Homemade Bread, Cheese, Raw Veggies
Dinner: Sweet & Sour Lentils, Barley, Green Salad
To Do: Soak Porridge, Marinate Beef
Breakfast: Nourishing Traditions Porridge, Eggs
Lunch: Simply In Season Broccoli Oven Pancake, Kiwi
Dinner: Nourishing Traditions Oriental Red Meat Salad served over Romaine & Shredded Carrots, Garlic Breadsticks (from homemade pizza dough)
