Menu Plan Monday

I’ll be using the fresh produce from the Farmer’s Market this week, as well as cleaning out some leftovers in the refrigerator.  Our potted lettuces and chives are flourishing, so we’ve been enjoying those in our meals.  I’m attempting to make raw milk cheese; however I’m a bit skeptical of its current state at the moment… I’ll see how it looks in the morning before giving it a final verdict.  It may yet surprise me.
