Menu Plan Monday

Company is arriving this week, so I’m planning some fairly easy meals, and accommodating some different dietary needs.  (Lots of yummy grains this week!)  

Monday

Breakfast: Homemade Granola or GF Muesli, Eggs
Lunch: Curry Carrot Soup (use real milk), Sourdough Bread, Raspberries, Cheese Slices
Dinner: Lentil & Rice Casserole (from freezer), Green Salad
To Do: Thaw Chicken, Soak Rice, Make Salad Dressing
Tuesday
Breakfast: Buttermilk Waffles, Eggs
Lunch: Cheese Sandwiches, Carrot Sticks, Leftover Salmon Soup
To Do: Soak Chickpeas, Start Sprouting Sunflower Seeds
Wednesday
Breakfast: Breakfast Rice (with leftover brown rice), Berries
Lunch:  Tuna Salad on Lettuce, Sourdough Bread
Dinner: Chickpea Curry (omit tomato), Watermelon
To Do: Pick Up Milk
Thursday
Breakfast: Breakfast Polenta, Eggs
Lunch: Peanut Butter & Peach Jam Sandwiches, Carrot Sticks
To Do: Roast Chicken, Thaw Scallops, Soak Quinoa, Thaw Tortillas
Friday
Breakfast: Homemade Granola
Lunch: Chef Salad, Sourdough Bread
Picnic Dinner: Chicken & Quinoa Salad, Blueberries, Iced Tea
To Do: Soak Millet, Make Bone Broth
Saturday
Breakfast: Sunny (Peach) Millet (from Feeding the Whole Family), Eggs
Lunch: Quesadillas/Wraps, Watermelon
Dinner: Scallops with Rice Pasta, Green Salad
To Do: Soak Muesli
Sunday
Breakfast: Nourishing Traditions Muesli or GF Muesli
Lunch: Cheese Slices, Berries, Sourdough Bread & Butter, Carrot Sticks
Dinner: Omelets, Red Potato Salad, Green Salad
