Menu Plan Monday

We stocked up on lots of fresh produce this week at the Farmer’s Market.  We have company with some special dietary needs, so I will be providing some different options at meals, or making recipe adjustments.  Join me in the kitchen this week at Happy To Be At Home

Breakfast: Gluten-Free Nut Waffles (use almonds) with Raspberry-Peach Syrup, Eggs
Dinner:  Vegan Pesto Gluten-Free Pizza, Cottage Cheese/Cheese Slices, Melon
To Do:  Make Yogurt, Soak Rice, Thaw Turkey
Breakfast: Breakfast Polenta, Eggs
Lunch: Curry Carrot Soup, Bread, Berries, Yogurt/Cheese
To Do:  Make Butter
Breakfast: Morning Rice, Eggs
Lunch: Salmon Salad-Stuffed Bell Peppers, Bread or Crackers, Carrot Sticks
Dinner: Grilled Pesto BLT Wraps, WatermelonAde, Cabbage Salad
To Do: Soak Quinoa, Pick Up Milk
Lunch: Tacos, Green Salad
Dinner: Shrimp Spring Rolls, Fried Rice, Stir-Fried Veggies, Watermelon
To Do: Thaw Fish
Breakfast: Peanut Butter & Toast
Lunch: Egg Salad Sandwiches, Carrot Sticks
Dinner: Lemon-Garlic Fish, Green Salad, Roasted Red Potatoes
To Do: Soak Millet, Soak Lentils
Breakfast: Gluten-Free Pancakes with Raspberry-Peach Syrup, Eggs
Lunch: Cheese Sandwiches, Berries, Nuts
Dinner: Honey-Baked Lentils (from More With Less cookbook), Millet, Green Salad
To Do: Soak Muesli
Breakfast: Nourishing Traditions Muesli, GF Muesli
Lunch: Cottage Cheese/Cheese Slices, Melon, Bread & Butter
Dinner: Zucchini Frittata, Polenta with Mushrooms
