I love it when I am surrounded by boxes of tomatoes, corn, and peaches. It means fall is just around the corner!
I have been doing lots of canning/freezing this week!
I’ve also been doing some baking for a couple church events this week. (I usually make adjustments; with some whole wheat flour, etc.) These are perfect for those cool autumn mornings, with a cup of tea. (They’re not gluten-free, so I can’t eat them, but I love baking for others.)
Spiced Peach Oatmeal Muffins (baked as loaves instead)- the oats/buttermilk may be soaked overnight
