Menu Plan Monday

Well, I suppose I should plan something for us to eat this week, other than the delicious pot of Legos & Pinecones that Gen has “cooked” up for us at the moment.

I’ve been thinking ahead for a camping trip with friends this coming weekend (homemade s’mores!), and browsing through the book Urban Picnic (great for inspiration and some laughs!).  We skipped the Farmer’s Market today, as we got caught in a downpour without any umbrellas or hats.  However, we still have a pretty good supply of produce in the refrigerator.  
Monday
Breakfast: Fresh Carrot/Fruit Juice, Turkey Bacon, Hazelnut Scones
Lunch: AVM Asian Vegetable Rolls, Peanut Sauce, Watermelon, Hard Boiled Eggs
Dinner: Homemade Gluten-Free Egg Noodles with Cheese Sauce & Broccoli
To Do: Marinate Elk
Tuesday
Breakfast: Eggs, Toast
Lunch: Baked Potatoes with Cheese, Sprouted Sunflower Seeds, & leftover Kidney Beans, Yogurt, Carrot/Celery Sticks
Dinner: Roast ElkCabbage Casserole, Bread & Butter
To Do: Make Homemade Marshmallows, Soak Rice, Make Salad Dressing
Wednesday
Breakfast: Blueberry Muffins, Eggs
Lunch: Cottage Cheese/Cheese Slices, Popcorn, Carrot/Celery Sticks
Dinner: Chickpea Curry, Brown Rice, Green Salad
To Do: Make Mayonnaise, Make Gluten-Free Graham Crackers, Soak Black Beans, Make Butter
Thursday
Breakfast: Cottage Cheese, Watermelon, Toast & Butter
Lunch: No-Grain Pancakes (from The No Grain Diet), Eggs
Dinner: Venison Shepherd’s Pie, Green Salad
Prepare for Camping: Make Deviled Eggs, Prepare Pancake Mix, Grate/Slice Cheese, Dice Onions, Cut up Carrots, Slice Bread, Cook Beans, Bake Peanut Butter Bars
Friday
Breakfast: Omelets, Chai Muffins
Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Watermelon
Dinner: Baked Potatoes in the Campfire Coals, Grated Cheese, Onions, Yogurt, Carrot Sticks
Snacks: Popcorn, Deviled Eggs, Homemade Izze Drinks
To Do: Soak Millet, Soak Pancake Batter
Saturday
Breakfast: Buttermilk GF Pancakes, Eggs
Lunch: Nachos with “Uncheese Sauce“, Black Beans, Yogurt, Onions, Tomato, Carrot Sticks
Dinner: Chicken Sausages, Millet with Vinaigrette, Watermelon, S’mores
Sunday
Breakfast: Leftover Chai Muffins, Eggs
Lunch: Cheese Sandwiches, Carrot Sticks
Dinner: Hummus, Crackers, Watermelon, Yogurt
To Do: Order Milk
