Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Carrot Sticks
Dinner: Black Bean Soup, Yogurt, Bread & Butter

To Do: Soak Porridge, Boil Eggs, Soak Rice

Wednesday
Breakfast: Oat or Buckwheat Porridge, Peanut Butter
Lunch: Egg Salad Sandwiches with Lettuce, Orange Slices
Dinner: Dijon Turkey Burgers, Brown Rice, Green Salad

To Do: Make Butter, Soak Lentils, Soak Millet

Thursday
Breakfast: Breakfast Rice, Eggs
Lunch: Cheese Sandwiches with Lettuce, Apple Slices
Dinner: Lentil & Kale Curry, Millet

To Do: Bake GF Bread, Thaw Salmon

Friday
Breakfast: Raisin Bread, Eggs
Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Carrot Sticks
Dinner: Spaghetti Squash “Mac” & Cheese w/Tomatoes, Bread & Butter

To Do: Soak Beans, Soak Quinoa

Saturday
Breakfast: Chai Muffins, Eggs
Lunch: Chef Salad w/Beans, Bread & Butter
Dinner: Baked Salmon, Herbed Quinoa, Carrot Sticks

To Do: Soak Porridge, Soak Rice

Dinner: Stir-Fry with Peanut Sauce, Brown Rice
