Menu Plan Monday

I am jotting this meal plan down quickly, as we are heading over for our evening of volunteering at the Ronald McDonald House.  20 lbs of apples arrived in my co-op order this week, so we will be eating plenty of apples!  I’m also planning on making some applesauce.  


Breakfast: Toast, Eggs
Lunch: Fish Salad Sandwiches, Carrot Sticks
Dinner: Roast Chicken, Green Salad, Millet
To Do: Bake Sourdough Bread, Soak Beans, Soak Porridge, Boil Eggs
Breakfast: Oat or Buckwheat Porridge, Bacon
Lunch: Egg Salad Sandwiches, Apple Slices
Dinner: Baked Beans, Bread & Butter, Borscht, Yogurt
To Do: Make Chicken Stock, Soak Rice (or use leftovers), Bake GF Bread
Breakfast: Apple Omelets, Toast
Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Carrot Sticks
Dinner: Chicken Roti, Yogurt, Brown Rice, Steamed Kale
To Do: Make Butter
Breakfast: Surprise Waffles, Eggs
Lunch: BLT Sandwiches, Apple Slices
Dinner: Spaghetti Squash “Mac” & Cheese, Bread & Butter
To Do: Make Applesauce
Breakfast: Toast w/Pear Jam, Eggs
Lunch: Cheese Sandwiches, Apple Slices
Dinner: Thai Chicken Pizza, Green Salad
To Do: Thaw Ground Turkey
Breakfast: Cheese Omelets, Teff Pancakes
Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Apple Slices
Dinner: White Chili, Coconut Biscuits, Carrot Sticks
 To Do: Soak Porridge
Breakfast: Oat or Buckwheat Porridge, Eggs
Lunch: Cheese Slices, Apple Slices, Popcorn
Dinner: Impossible Cheeseburger Pie, Green Salad
