Menu Plan Monday

It’s a short menu plan for us this week, since we will be traveling to visit family for Thanksgiving. I will be making ample meals at the beginning of the week, so that we have plenty of (gluten-free) leftovers to pack in the cooler for our travels.  We’ll be busy in the kitchen all week, preparing for Thanksgiving!  (yum!) 

Breakfast: Surprise Waffles, Eggs
Lunch: Apple Lentil Salad (from Simply in Season), Gluten-free Pretzels (adjust recipe ingredients), Party Cheese Dip (from Breaking the Vicious Cycle)
Dinner: Red Taters & Green Grannies with Cheese (from Simply in Season), Green Salad
To Do: Make Chicken Stock (moved from last week), Make Cranberry-Orange Sauce, Make Pumpkin Puree, Bake Irish Soda Bread, Make Butter
Breakfast: Omelets, Applesauce Muffins (use different flours)
Lunch: Cheese Slices, Carrot Sticks & Homemade Dip, Bread & Butter or Popcorn
Dinner: Curried Apple Soup (from Nourishing Traditions), Yogurt, Leftover Millet
To Do: Bake Pies, Bake Sweet Potato Biscuits, Put out Bread for Stuffing, Run Apples through Juicer
Breakfast: Pumpkin Muffins, Eggs
Early Thanksgiving Dinner: Our Annual Menu Plan
To Do: Pack up leftovers for traveling, Pick up Milk
Breakfast: Pancakes, Eggs
Lunch: Cheese, Apple Slices, Bread (to have in the car, if needed)
Dinner: Cheese Omelets, Toast & Jam
To Do: Soak Porridge
Breakfast: Breakfast Bulgur or Buckwheat Porridge, Eggs
Lunch: Cheese Slices, Apple Slices, Popcorn
Dinner: Salmon Crepes, Carrot Sticks
