Menu Plan Monday

This is going to be a week of using up leftovers! Also a “little someone” opened up a jar of pesto, so that automatically determined that we will be having pesto-themed recipes throughout the week!

Breakfast: Leftover Sourdough Coffee Cake or GF Muffins, Eggs
Lunch: Leftover Honey Baked Lentils, Orange Slices, Corn Hot Cakes
Dinner: Cheesy Baked Potatoes (omit bacon) with Homemade Pesto, Leftover Green Beans
To Do: Roast Pumpkin Seeds, Bake Sourdough Bread, Soak Porridge, Soak Millet, Make Mayonnaise
Breakfast: Oat or Buckwheat Porridge, Eggs
Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Apple Slices
Dinner: Leftover Pumpkin Curry, Millet, Yogurt
To Do: Grocery Shopping, Soak Rice, Thaw Turkey, Thaw Chicken Stock
Breakfast: Pesto Scrambled Eggs, Toast, Cranberry Smoothies (use leftover cranberries)
Lunch: Veggie Spring Rolls with Peanut Sauce, Brown Rice
Dinner: Leftover Turkey (from freezer) roasted with Teriyaki Sauce, Leftover Millet, Leftover Sweet Potato-Apple Casserole
To Do: Pick Up Milk, Soak Black Beans, Soak Pancake Batter
Breakfast: Gluten-Free Pancakes, Eggs
Lunch: Cheese Sandwiches, Homemade Pickles
Dinner: Slow Cooker Black Bean Soup, Bread & Raw Butter, Carrot Sticks, Yogurt
To Do: Boil Eggs, Make Butter
Breakfast: Morning Rice (with leftover rice), Peanut Butter
Lunch: Egg Salad Sandwiches, Carrot Sticks
Dinner: Grain-Free Dijon Turkey Burgers, Roasted Red Potatoes with Pesto, Steamed Greens
Breakfast: Peach Apple Crisp (use home-canned peaches), Yogurt
Lunch: Deviled Eggs, Carrot Sticks, Bread & Raw Butter, Nuts/Dried Fruit Mix
Dinner: Little Cottage Enchiladas with leafy green sauce, Sunshine Mold (carrots/oranges) (both recipes from The 15-Minute Meal Planner)
To Do: Soak Porridge
Breakfast: Oat or Buckwheat Porridge, Eggs
Lunch: Cheese Slices, Apple Slices, Popcorn
Dinner: Chili Cheese Dip (use leftover bean soup, in place of chili), Homemade Corn Tortillas, Carrot Sticks
