Since it looks like we’ll be basically snowed in for the next day or so, we’ll be staying close to home once again this week (which means canceling our birthday plans). Calvin pushed through the snow to get to the store today, since he wanted to get ingredients for making me a birthday cake.

Lunch: Cheese, Orange Slices, Veggie Sticks, Bread & Butter
Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Carrot Sticks
Dinner: Salmon, Kale & Rice Bake (use leftover rice)- similar to this recipe, Orange Slices
Lunch: Black Bean Dip (with leftover beans & tortillas), Orange Slices
Dinner: Apple Burgers, Quinoa & Spinach Salad with Homemade Dressing
To Do: Pick Up Milk, Soak Millet, Thaw Cranberry Sauce, Bake Pie
Thursday- Merry Christmas!
Breakfast: Cinnamon Biscuits, Eggs, Oranges
Lunch: Skillet Millet & Cheese (similar to this, but millet instead of pasta), Carrot-Apple Salad
Dinner: Crab-Spinach Quiche, Cranberry Sauce, Green Beans, Pumpkin Pie
To Do: Soak Brown Rice, Soak Lentils, Thaw Chicken Stock
Breakfast: Ginger Molasses Muffins, Eggs
Lunch: Salmon Salad Sandwiches, Orange Slices
Dinner: Pumpkin & Lentil Curry (with Kale), Brown Rice
To Do: Make Butter
Saturday- Our Anniversary!
Breakfast: Orange Smoothies (substitute fresh orange & yogurt, decrease sugar), Leftover Muffins, Eggs
Lunch: Cheese Slices, Carrot-Apple Salad, Bread & Butter
Dinner: Dinner Out
To Do: Soak Porridge
Breakfast: Bulgur or Buckwheat Porridge with Nuts & Raisins, Eggs
Lunch: Cheese Slices, Apple Slices, Popcorn
Dinner: Peanutty African Stew, Leftover Brown Rice
