Menu Plan Monday

My sweet husband helped me brainstorm a meal plan for the week, since I’m still rather nauseated when I think about food (but I do make sure to eat!). I’m keeping things pretty bland and easy- especially on the long days when he will be gone at work, but trying to keep lots of protein and other nutrients in the meal plan.  

Breakfast: Apple Omelets, Yogurt
Lunch: Toasted Cheese Sandwiches, Carrot Sticks
Dinner: Impossible Cheeseburger Pie, Leftover Green Bean Salad
To Do: Bake Muffins, Make Carrot Apple Salad, Make Butter, Soak Beans
Lunch: Egg Salad Sandwiches, Carrot Apple Salad
Dinner: Vegetarian Chili, Baked Potatoes with Cheese
Breakfast: Leftover Muffins, Eggs
Lunch: Chicken Salad Sandwiches (use leftover chicken), Spinach
Dinner: Venison Stew, Corn Hotcakes
To Do: Soak Rice, Soak Lentils, Pick Up Milk
Breakfast: Spinach Omelets, Toast
Lunch: Cheese Slices, Apples, Popcorn
Dinner: Seasoned Lentils & Veggies, Brown Rice, Peach Cobbler
To Do: Thaw Ground Meat
Breakfast: Eggs, Leftover Muffins, Apple Slices
Lunch: Leftovers, Carrot Sticks
Dinner: Shepherd’s Pie, Spinach Salad
To Do: Soak Pancake Batter, Soak Quinoa, Grocery Shopping
Breakfast: GF Pancakes, Eggs or Tahini
Lunch: Salmon & Rice Casserole (use leftover rice), Apple Slices
Dinner: Spinach & Carrot Quiche, Quinoa Salad
To Do: Soak Porridge, Make Sourdough Bread
Breakfast: Oat or Buckwheat Porridge, Eggs
Lunch: Cheese Slices, Apples, Popcorn
Dinner: Apple Burgers, Steamed Sesame Spinach, Bread & Butter
To Do: Bake Sourdough Bread
