Breakfast: Leftover Blueberry Cake, Eggs
Lunch: Out with Family
Dinner: Spinach Omelets, Bread & Butter
To Do: Thaw Ground Beef, Soak Rice, Thaw Chicken Stock
Breakfast: GF Pancakes, Eggs
Lunch: Cheese Sandwiches, Orange/Apple Slices, Leftover Dal
Dinner: Chicken & Veggie Spring Rolls (use leftover chicken), Brown Rice, Peanut Sauce
To Do: Make Mayonnaise
Breakfast: Leftover Quick Breads, Eggs
Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Carrot Sticks
Dinner: Impossible Cheeseburger Pie, Spinach Salad
To Do: Soak Porridge, Soak Black Beans, Thaw Shrimp
Breakfast: Oat or Buckwheat Porridge, Eggs
Lunch: Fish Salad Sandwiches with Spinach, Apple/Orange Slices
Dinner: Black Bean Soup, Carrot Sticks, GF Cornbread & Butter
To Do: Thaw Ground Meat
Breakfast: Fresh Carrot-Fruit Juice (in juicer), Shrimp & Veggie Omelets
Lunch: Cheese Sandwiches, Carrot Sticks
To Do: Thaw Peas, Make Sourdough Bread, Make GF Bread
Breakfast: Apple Omelets, Toast
Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Carrot Sticks
Dinner: Salmon Crepes, Pea & Cheese Salad
To Do: Bake Sourdough Bread, Soak Porridge, Make Carrot-Apple Salad, Make Layered Salad, Make Applesauce
Breakfast: Oat or Buckwheat Porridge, Eggs
Lunch: Cheese Slices, Popcorn, Carrot-Apple Salad
Dinner: Seven-Layer Salad, Bread & Butter
