Menu Plan Monday

In choosing my produce box with the delivery, I made sure to select local produce, and was thrilled to see that we will be receiving some mushrooms (and on sale!). I was also able to include some of my local Bob’s Red Mill staples with my order.  (Uh, ’cause I forgot to do my monthly Azure order, so I’m running low on the staples… Can I blame that sleepy pregnant brain again?) :) I’m really excited about the free delivery right to my door!


Monday
  • Breakfast: Spinach Omelets, Cinnamon Toast
  • Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Carrot Sticks, Leftover Pumpkin Curry
  • Dinner: Chicken Pot Pie (use leftover chicken), Orange Slices
To Do: Soak Beans, Thaw Ground Meat (for Friday)
Tuesday
  • Breakfast: Surprise Waffles, Eggs
  • Lunch: Fish Sandwiches, Orange Slices
  • Dinner: Baked Potatoes with Black Beans & Cheese, Yogurt, Green Salad
To Do: Soak Porridge, Bake GF Bread, Soak Beans
Wednesday
  • Breakfast: Oat or Buckwheat Porridge, Eggs
  • Lunch: Leftover Pumpkin Curry, Cheese Sandwiches, Carrot Sticks
  • Dinner: Olè Taco Salad (from Whole Foods Cookbook), Fruit
To Do: Pick Up Milk
Thursday
To Do: Soak Lentils, Soak Rice
Friday
To Do: Make Sourdough Bread
Saturday
To Do: Soak Porridge, Bake Sourdough Bread
Sunday
