Menu Plan Monday

It looks like this will be a busy week for us, so I’m keeping most of the meals pretty basic. We are planning a laid-back family Valentine’s dinner at home on Saturday with homemade pizza (by request- Gen asks for pizza at every meal!) and an amazing dessert. :)


  • Breakfast: Oat or Buckwheat Porridge, Peanut Butter
  • Lunch: Fish Sandwiches, Apple Slices
  • Dinner: Leftover Chili, Baked Potatoes, Green Salad, Leftover Cupcakes

To Do: Soak Pancake Batter, Make Salad Dressing


To Do: Soak Lentils
To Do: Thaw Zucchini, Soak Brown Rice, Soak Beans


  • Breakfast: Zucchini Bread, Eggs
  • Lunch: Baked Yams, Grated Cheese, Brown Rice, Orange Slices
  • Dinner: Black Bean Soup, Cornbread, Yogurt, Carrot Sticks
To Do: Make Yogurt
  • Breakfast: Leftover Zucchini Bread, Eggs
  • Lunch: Fish Sandwiches, Orange Slices
  • Dinner: Apple Burgers, Leftover Cornbread, Green Salad
To Do: Pick Up Sausage
To Do: Soak Beans
