Menu Plan Monday

This week, I’ll be making sure to use up some things in the refrigerator before we leave to visit family for the weekend. I’ll also be preparing some gluten-free items to take along with us. 


Monday
  • Breakfast: GF Pancakes, Bacon
  • Lunch: Egg Salad Sandwiches, Orange Slices
  • Dinner: Dijon Burgers, Green Salad
To Do: Make Salad Dressing, Soak Quinoa, Make Sourdough Bread
Tuesday
To Do: Bake Sourdough Bread
Wednesday
  • Breakfast: Cinnamon Toast, Eggs
  • Lunch: Cheese Sandwiches, Orange Slices
  • Dinner: Split Pea Soup, Leftover Soda Bread
To Do: Thaw Steak, Pick Up Milk, Soak Brown Rice
Thursday
  • Breakfast: Spinach Omelets
  • Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Apple Slices
  • Dinner: Steak & Veggie Stir Fry, Brown Rice
To Do: Start Packing for Trip, Bake GF Applesauce Bread
Friday
  • Breakfast: Oat or Buckwheat Porridge, Eggs
  • Lunch: Bread & Cheese, Orange Slices
Traveling for rest of week.
