It will be a really busy week for us, so we made sure to do a lot of baking over the weekend to get ready with the essentials- you know, like chocolate brownies. Anyway, gluten-free bread did get baked too. I’m planning mostly meals that can either be tossed together quickly, or simmered on the stove for people coming and going.
