Menu Plan Monday


It will be a really busy week for us, so we made sure to do a lot of baking over the weekend to get ready with the essentials- you know, like chocolate brownies. :) Anyway, gluten-free bread did get baked too. I’m planning mostly meals that can either be tossed together quickly, or simmered on the stove for people coming and going.

Monday

To Do: Soak Beans, Thaw Lamb
Tuesday
  • Breakfast: Eggs, Toast
  • Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Carrot Sticks
  • Dinner: Baked Beans, GF Cornbread, Apple Slices
To Do: Soak Beans
Wednesday
To Do: Make Sourdough Bread, Pick Up Milk, Thaw Chicken
Thursday
  • Breakfast: Morning Rice (use leftover rice), Eggs
  • Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Apple Slices
  • Dinner: Irish Lamb Stew, Bread & Butter
To Do: Bake Sourdough Bread & Muffins (for freezer), Soak Porridge
Friday
  • Breakfast: Oat or Buckwheat Porridge, Eggs
  • Lunch: Cheese Sandwiches, Orange Slices
  • Dinner: Marinated Lamb Kabobs (baked; use leftover stew meat), Carrot Sticks, Bread & Butter
To Do: Soak Kabob Skewers
Saturday
To Do: Soak Porridge
Sunday
  • Breakfast: Oat or Buckwheat Porridge, Eggs
  • Lunch: Cheesy Apple Rings (use real cheese; in toaster oven), Bread & Butter, Cottage Cheese or Leftovers
  • Dinner: Chicken Salad Sandwiches, Carrot Sticks
