Menu Plan Monday

A short week of meals ahead, since we plan to travel to visit family over the weekend. I’ve been spending these past few days resting and recuperating (not going to the market), so it’s mostly “pantry meals” this week!  I put in a Spud order for the week, so we will have some fresh groceries arriving mid-way through. For now, it’s off to a hot bath and bedtime for me… although this little one in my belly is quite awake! :) 

To Do: Thaw Ground Beef, Make Sourdough Bread
To Do: Make Chicken Stock, Soak Porridge, Bake GF Bread, Bake Sourdough Bread, Soak Lentils
  • Breakfast: Oat or Buckwheat Porridge
  • Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Apple Slices
  • Dinner: Honey Baked Lentils, Leftover Rice, Carrot Sticks
To Do: Pick Up Milk, Soak Kidney Beans
  • Breakfast: Eggs, Toast
  • Lunch: Cheese Sandwiches, Fruit
  • Dinner: Taco Salad, Yogurt
To Do: Make Yogurt, Soak Pancake Batter, Boil Eggs
  • Breakfast: GF Pancakes, Bacon
  • Lunch: Hard-Boiled Eggs, Popcorn, Fruit/Veggie Sticks (in the car)
