Mother’s Day can be a difficult day for many women.
Each year, as Mother’s Day approaches, it is those women who are increasingly on my heart and in my thoughts and prayers. If you are one of these precious women, I encourage you to join me each Friday in the coming weeks for my new series: “A Journey of Blessing,” which will touch on topics of infertility, adoption, singleness, grief, and other deep heart issues.
I will be sharing from my experiences, offering spiritual and physical insights, as well as diving deep into God’s word. Our faithful Creator has provided much encouragement in His Word; let’s cling to it, and allow Him to bring the blessing of refining light to our dark seasons. If you are not familiar with our Savior, I hope you will stay and meet Him!
“But blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him. He will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.” (Jeremiah 17:7-8)
I look forward to hearing from you; I welcome your questions and suggestions, as well as your prayer requests. Feel free to leave them in the blog comments or send me an e-mail at frugalgranola (at) gmail (dot) com.
