Monday
Breakfast: GF Buttermilk Pancakes with Blueberries, Eggs
Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Carrot/Celery Sticks
Dinner: Honey Baked Lentils (from More with Less), Brown Rice (make extra for Wed.), Green Salad

To Do: Soak Porridge

Tuesday
Breakfast: Teff Porridge, Eggs
Lunch: Cheese Sandwiches, Melon
Dinner: Feta & Herb Burgers, Green Salad

To Do: Soak Rice, Soak Millet, Thaw Broth

Wednesday
Breakfast: Millet with Peanut Butter & Raisins
Lunch: Baked Spaghetti Squash “Noodles” with Cottage Cheese & Fresh Herbs (from garden), Blueberry Cream Cheese Buckle
Dinner: Kimi’s Fried Rice

To Do: Boil Eggs, Soak Porridge

Thursday
Breakfast: Homemade Breakfast Sausage, Soaked Porridge
Lunch: Cheese Sandwiches, Carrot/Celery Sticks
Dinner: Split Pea Soup (in crockpot), Bread, Deviled Eggs

To Do: Soak Rice

Friday
Breakfast: Cheese Omelets, Toast
Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Melon
Dinner: Crockpot Chile Verde, Brown Rice, Carrot Sticks

To Do: Make Yogurt

Saturday
Breakfast: Blueberry Oven Pancake (from Simply in Season) with Cream Cheese
Lunch: Fish Sandwiches with Homemade Tartar Sauce,
Dinner: Huevos Rancheros with Cheese, Bread
