Menu Plan Monday

We were blessed with produce from friends and neighbors this weekend, as well as munching on some things from our own garden. We are still enjoying company this week, so there are some “company meals” on the menu. It was also exciting to find some local raw milk while on a trip out of town last week, too! (I’ll be making some homemade butter, for sure.)

Breakfast: Porridge with Peanut Butter
Lunch: Cheese Sandwiches, Melon
Dinner: Salmon & Millet Casserole, Rhubarb Sauce

Breakfast: Breakfast Fruit Pizza
Lunch: Chef Salad, Bread
Dinner: Stir Fry with Peanut Sauce, Brown Rice

To Do: Soak Beans, Make Yogurt, Make Butter (with Raw Milk)

Breakfast: Rhubarb Oven Pancake, Homemade Yogurt
Lunch: Egg Salad Sandwiches, Fruit
Dinner: Bean Taco Salad, leftover Mexican Rice

To Do: Make Stock, Soak Pancake Batter

Breakfast: GF Pancakes, Eggs
Lunch: Cold Garden Soup, Bread
Dinner: (Grass-Fed Beef) Burgers, Fruit

To Do: Soak Porridge, Soak Lentils

Breakfast: Coconut Porridge, Eggs
Lunch: Cheese Sandwiches, Carrot/Celery Sticks
Dinner: Honey Baked Lentils (from More With Less), Green Salad, Corn Bread

Breakfast: Breakfast Burritos (with Homemade Tortillas)
Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Fruit
Dinner: Salmon Cakes, Millet, Green Salad

Breakfast: Cream Cheese & Herb Omelets, Toast
Lunch: Salmon Salad Sandwiches, Carrot/Celery Sticks
Dinner: GF Pancakes, Homemade Breakfast Sausage (breakfast for dinner), Fruit
