I did some meal prep a week or two ago (precooked chicken, beans, etc), to make some of our meals quicker to prepare. So, that will simplify some of this week’s recipes. We’re also enjoying a steady harvest from our garden (small, but steady), with handfuls of beans, peas, little tomatoes, and lettuce).
To Do: Make Water Kefir
Breakfast: GF Cinnamon Muffins, Cottage Cheese
Lunch: Chef Salad, Bread
Dinner: Bean & Cheese Burritos (use leftover beans) on Homemade Tortillas, Mexican Green Bean Salad (with homegrown beans!)
To Do: Thaw Fish, Bake GF Bread
Breakfast: Cream Cheese & Herb Omelets, Bread
Lunch: Chicken Salad Sandwiches, Fruit
Dinner: Brazilian Fish Stew, Bread
To Do: Precook Brown Rice
To Do: Soak Pancake Batter
To Do: Thaw Beef, Soak Rice, Soak Porridge
