Breakfast: Ginger Spice Muffins, Eggs
Lunch: Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Home-canned Fruit
Dinner: Thai Stir-Fry, Brown Rice

To Do: Roast Nuts/Seeds

Thursday
Breakfast: GF Muesli, Yogurt
Lunch: Homemade Allergen-Free Bagels, Cream Cheese, Veggies
Dinner: Millet & Cheese Casserole, Cabbage Salad

To Do: Soak Beans, Soak Brown Rice, Soak Porridge

Friday
Breakfast: Soaked Porridge with Peanut Butter
Lunch: Egg Salad Sandwiches, Cabbage Salad
Dinner: Mexican Beans & Rice, Carrot Sticks

To Do: Soak Brown Rice

Saturday
Breakfast: Breakfast Millet with Nuts/Dried Fruit
Lunch: Baked Potatoes with Cheese, Carrot/Celery Sticks
Dinner: Egg Foo Yong with Cabbage, Brown Rice

To Do: Soak Garbanzo Beans, Bake Cake, Boil Eggs

Sunday
Breakfast: Soaked Porridge, with Peanut Butter
Lunch: Church Potluck- take Deviled Eggs, Teff Chocolate Cake
Dinner: Homemade Hummus, Homemade Tortillas, Carrot/Celery Sticks
