Monday

Tuesday

  • Breakfast: Pumpkin Waffles, Homemade Yogurt
  • Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Apples
  • Dinner: Baked Yams with Cheese & Beans, Green Salad

To Do: Soak Rice, Thaw Chicken

Wednesday

  • Breakfast: Brown Rice, Eggs
  • Lunch: Cheese Sandwiches, Apples
  • Dinner: Chicken & Veggie Pot Pie, Home-canned Pears

Thursday

  • Breakfast: Veggie Omelets, Toast
  • Lunch: Split Pea Soup, Apples
  • Dinner: Salmon with Mustard Sauce, Green Salad, Brown Rice

Friday

To Do: Soak Beans

Saturday

Sunday

  • Breakfast: Porridge, Peanut Butter
  • Lunch: Popcorn, Cheese, Apples
  • Dinner: Curry, Brown Rice
