We’re traveling back from The Relevant Conference on Monday, so my menu plan is actually starting on Tuesday.

Then, we have company arrived later in the week. In the midst of our busyness, some things will vary a bit from our usual routine. Our co-op order was delivered the day before we left for our trip, so, thankfully, we do have some groceries ready and waiting for us in our refrigerator.
Breakfast: Apple Oven Pancake (from Simply in Season), Eggs
Lunch: Baked Potatoes with Cheese, Carrot Sticks
Dinner: Sausages (nitrite-free), Baked Squash, Green Beans
To Do: Bake Bread, Soak Beans
To Do: Soak Millet, Soak Rice
Breakfast: Cheese Omelets, Toast
Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Apples
Dinner: Roast Chicken & Veggies, Millet
Breakfast: Healthy Pumpkin Muffins, Eggs
Lunch: Cheese Sandwiches, Pears
Dinner: Stir-Fry (with leftovers), Brown Rice
To Do: Soak Porridge
