Menu Plan Monday 11.1-7

It’s a very busy week for us, so I’m relying on a lot of crockpot meals and sandwiches, with plenty of warm dishes in this chilly, rainy weather we’ve been having.

Monday
Breakfast: Apple Pie Bars, Eggs
Lunch: Chicken (leftover) Sandwiches, Veggie Sticks
Dinner: Salmon & Veggie Curry, Brown Rice, Green Salad

Tuesday
Breakfast: Veggie Omelets, Toast
Lunch: Creamy Apple Quesadillas, Leftover Soup
Dinner: Out with Family

Wednesday
Breakfast: Leftover Rice with Nuts/Seeds, Fruit, Homemade Yogurt
Lunch: Egg Salad Sandwiches, Apple Almond Salad
Dinner: Winter White Burgers, Baked Potatoes, Green Beans

Thursday

Breakfast: Pumpkin Waffles, Homemade Breakfast Sausage
Lunch:
Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Veggie Sticks
Dinner: Sweet & Sour Lentils, Corn Bread, Apples

Friday
Breakfast: Apple Oven Pancake (from Simply in Season), Eggs
Lunch: Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Baked Apples
Dinner: Beef & Veggie Soup, Homemade Bread

Saturday
Breakfast: Cream Cheese & Herb Omelets, Toast
Lunch: Salmon Salad Sandwiches, Pears
Dinner: Millet & Cheese Casserole, Green Beans

Sunday
Breakfast: Oatmeal, Peanut Butter
Lunch: Church Potluck, Take Squash, GF Apple Pie
Dinner: Sloppy Joes in a Bowl, Bread, Green Salad

  • s’mores is probably the coselot & funnest (and most nostalgic) camping food. I mean you almost have to make this when ever you go camping or whenever there is a camp fire.For breakfast I like to make anything on the griddle (flat surface) for some reason to me this is the funnest way to cook breakfast and you can do it over a fire. Just plain ole eggs, bacon (or canadian bacon), and potatoes.For lunch or dinner I love steaks or hamburgers but also hot dogs over the fire and great. +3Was this answer helpful?
