I’m working some Thanksgiving leftovers into the menu this week, as well as looking forward to Gen’s 4th birthday on Saturday! (Wow.. where did my baby go?) More snow is on the forecast, so I have some warm soups planned!
To Do: Bake Bread
Breakfast: Apple Omelets, Toast
Lunch: Cheese Sandwiches, Carrot/Celery Sticks
Dinner: Turkey (leftover) with Sweet & Sour Sauce, Brown Rice, Green Salad
To Do: Soak Lentils/Rice for soup
Breakfast: Apple Muffins, Eggs
Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Carrot/Celery Sticks
Dinner: Ginger Chicken Lentil Rice Soup (use turkey), Oranges
Breakfast: Apple-Sweet Potato-Pumpkin Muffins, Eggs
Lunch: Turkey Salad, Veggies
Dinner: Baked Potatoes with Black Beans, Oranges
