Menu Plan Monday 12.27-1.2

We’re keeping warm with hot soups and spiced breakfasts this week!

Breakfast: Chai Muffins, Eggs
Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Oranges
Dinner: White Sauce Enchiladas (use lentils instead of chicken) with homemade GF Tortillas, Green Salad

To Do: Bake Squash (for waffles)

Breakfast: GF Pumpkin Waffles, Eggs
Lunch: Cheese Sandwiches, Apples
Dinner: Chicken & Veggie Soup (use chicken carcass from Christmas to make stock), Biscuits

To Do: Soak Beans


Breakfast: Orange Smoothies, Omelets
Lunch: Fish Sandwiches, Apples
Dinner: Baked Potatoes, Black Beans & Cheese, Green Salad

To Do: Thaw Venison

Breakfast: Apple Oven Pancake (from Simply in Season), Eggs
Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Oranges
Dinner: Venison & Veggie Pot Pie

To Do: Thaw Soup Bones, Soak Porridge

Breakfast: Soaked Multi-Grain Porridge with Peanut Butter
Lunch: Egg Salad Sandwiches, Oranges
Dinner: Beef Soup, Biscuits

To Do: Soak Beans, Soak Rice

Breakfast: GF Pancakes, Eggs
Lunch: Hummus & Tortillas, Apples
Dinner: Cheese & Rice Casserole, Green Salad

Breakfast: Cheese Omelets, Toast
Lunch: Peanut Butter Popcorn, Apples
Dinner: Spicy Thai Beef Salad
