Menu Plan Monday 12.5-12.12

I’m keeping things simple this week, as I begin to follow along with the GNOWFGLINS Menu Plan. (Get this week’s menu download for free & enter my giveaway for a month’s subscription here!) With my menu plan this week, you can see how I’ve adapted it to our needs/schedule.

Sunday
Breakfast: 5-Spice Oatmeal (from GNOWFGLINS’ menu), Eggs
Lunch: Popcorn, Cheesy Apple Rings
Dinner: Leftover Stew and Salad with Creamy Dressing (both recipes from GNOWFGLINS’ menu)

To Do: Soak beans for chili, prepare Apple Chutney, Thaw Beef

Monday
Breakfast: Poppy Seed Muffins, Eggs
Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Oranges
Dinner: Chicken (use leftover Turkey) Chili, Sauteed Sweet Potatoes, and Sourdough Biscuits (all recipes from GNOWFGLINS’ menu)

To Do: Bake Sourdough Biscuits & GF Bread, Soak Legumes/Grains for Sloppy Joes

Tuesday
Breakfast: Cream Cheese & Herb Omelets, leftover Biscuits/Bread
Lunch: Salmon Salad Sandwiches, Oranges
Dinner: Sloppy Joes in a Bowl (use millet instead of rice)– from GNOWFGLINS’ menu, Yogurt, Green Beans

To Do: Make Yogurt

Wednesday
Breakfast: GF Pancakes, 5-Spice Apple Chutney (from GNOWFGLINS menu), Yogurt
Lunch: Egg Salad Sandwiches, Oranges
Dinner: Salmon + Veggie Chowder, Bread

To Do: Thaw Venison, Thaw Ground Beef

Thursday
Breakfast: Millet with Apple Chutney, Eggs
Lunch: Leftover Chili, topped with Cheese or Yogurt, Oranges
Dinner: Venison Stroganoff, Potatoes

To Do: Soak Beans

Friday
Breakfast: Apple Oven Pancake (from Simply In Season), Homemade Breakfast Sausage
Lunch: Chef Salad, Bread, Leftovers
Dinner: Home Baked Beans, Corn Bread, Oranges

To Do: Soak Pancake Batter

Saturday
Breakfast: GF Pancakes, 5-Spice Apple Chutney, Yogurt
Lunch: Egg Salad Sandwiches, Oranges
Dinner: Taco Salad

To Do: Soak Porridge

Sunday
Breakfast: Soaked Porridge, Eggs
Lunch: Church Potluck- Take Squash and Cake
Dinner: Baked Potatoes or Leftovers
