I don’t know about you, but I’m a list-maker. (You know, one of those people who has been known to write something on a list, just for the pleasure of crossing it off…)
Life just seems so much simpler when I have these “little helpers” (not to be confused with my two little helpers, who regularly “borrow” my lists for their artistry). I keep life simple by not burdening myself with juggling project ideas, recipes, grocery lists, schedules, and more all in my head; I just write it down.
But, taking it one step further, I am in awe of professional “list makers.” Lists that keep me on track, truly “putting my world in order” (instead of those notepads where I have started a grocery list- for two different stores, scribbled a phone number for a lady at church, jotted a couple reminders of house projects, and noted a library book title for our homeschool study…).
The clean start of a new year is always inspiring for fresh organization and wellness planning.
Many of you have mentioned your goals of pursuing healthy meal planning in the coming year, as well as other goals for nourishing yourself and family. Organized lists and calendars can be the best first step in setting goals and preparing for simple, balanced living, as you plan for frugal, healthy choices.
