Lunch: Fried Egg Sandwiches, Oranges
Dinner: Homemade Pizza with Gluten-Free Crust (make 1 extra for Sat.), Green Salad

To Do: Soak Quinoa

Breakfast: Leftover Pumpkin Waffles, Eggs
Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Apples
Dinner: Baked Lemon-Garlic Salmon, Quinoa, Sauteed Ginger Carrots

To Do: Soak Pancake Batter, Soak Beans, Soak Rice

Breakfast: GF Pancakes, Eggs
Lunch: Salmon Salad Sandwiches (use leftover fish), Oranges
Dinner: Black Beans & Brown Rice with Cheese, Green Salad, Cranberry Sauce

To Do: Thaw Beef

Breakfast: Apple Oven Pancake (from Simply in Season), Homemade Yogurt
Lunch: Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Oranges
Dinner: Roast Beef & Veggies, Bread

Breakfast: Herbed Baked Eggs, Orange Smoothies, Toast
Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Apples
Dinner: Roasted Carrot Soup, Homemade Yogurt, Cinnamon Biscuits

To Do: Co-Op Order Due, Prepare Apple Topping

Breakfast: Apple Pie Pizza, Eggs
Lunch: Cheese Sandwiches, Oranges
Dinner: Ethiopian Lentil Bowl, Brown Rice, Green Beans

To Do: Thaw Venison

Breakfast: Cheese Omelets, Toast
Lunch: Peanut Butter Popcorn, Apples
Dinner: Venison Stew
