Menu Plan Monday 1.3-1.9

I added in some requests from the family this week, so it’s full of fun favorites and protein-dense winter meals! What are you serving this week?

Monday
Breakfast: Pumpkin Waffles, Yogurt
Lunch: Egg Salad Sandwiches, Oranges
Dinner: Beef & Veggie Soup

To Do: Bake Bread

Tuesday
Breakfast: Coconut Pancakes, Yogurt
Lunch: Cheese Sandwiches, Leftover Soup
Dinner: Sprouted Lentil Tacos with Homemade Tortillas, Carrot-Apple Salad

To Do: Make Yogurt

Wednesday
Breakfast: Apple Muffins, Eggs
Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Oranges
Dinner: Salmon Quesadillas, Green Salad

To Do: Soak Quinoa, Soak Chickpeas, Soak Beans, Start Soaking Granola

Thursday
Breakfast: Fruity Quinoa Breakfast Cereal, Peanut Butter
Lunch: Egg Salad Sandwiches, Oranges
Dinner: Chickpea Curry, Brown Rice

To Do: Thaw Venison, Bake Granola
Friday
Breakfast: Homemade Granola, Yogurt
Lunch: Cheese Sandwiches
Dinner: Venison Steak, Fried Onions, Green Salad

Saturday
Breakfast: Banana Splits
Lunch: Kid-Pleasing Cobb Salad, Bread
Dinner: Creamy White Bean & Apple Chili, Cornbread (with home-ground cornmeal)

Sunday
Breakfast: Cheese Omelets, Toast
Lunch: Peanut Butter Popcorn, Apples
Dinner: Leftovers or Breakfast for Dinner
