My husband has been out of work for the past two and a half years. This month he got a job in law enforcement (a lifelong dream of his!). I would love to take him on this getaway as a celebration gift! He has never visited the Pacific NW, but has always wanted to. I think he would love exploring your fishing spots. I cannot possibly pick a favorite dish from your menu… they all sound delectible! However, I am positive I would choose the Silverbrook room. I have always wanted to soak in a clawfoot tub, and I am in LOVE with that bedspread. Thank you for offering this – your place looks beautiful.

My husband and I would truly love to stay at the Hampton Creek Inn….and after studying all 4 rooms, making a very tough decision as they all appeal to me, I would choose the Mt. Adams room. It looks like a very romantic space to snuggle with my husband, as well as rest and renew ourselves. I think my husband would choose the organic blueberry pancakes with the blueberry syrup (unless you had french toast) and I would choose the Greek omelete with the feta cheese, tomatoes, natural olives and fresh herbs. My husband would choose the sausage patties while I would go for crispy bacon! You have a beautiful bed and breakfast!!

My husband and I never have any time for ourselves and we’ve talked about how we would love to get away to a B&B… this is definitely one I’d go to, especially as I’ve recently adopted a much more frugal and natural lifestyle. The Kiona Room is so lovely- even with the bathroom across the hall- and so cozy and romantic! Off the menu, I probably would have the leek quiche or just share the hearty skillet breakfast with my Dear Husband who loves a hearty home-cooked breakfast! It would be a blessing if we got this! :)
