I baked loaves of bread and made a gallon of yogurt this past week, as well as restocking our produce and pantry staples for the month (including some seafood that was on sale!). I roasted a chicken, so we’ll have some leftover cooked meat to use, and I’ll prepare some stock for soups.
A short time of advance prep work keeps mealtimes fairly simple for me the rest of the month! Do you plan/prepare meals ahead?
