Menu Plan Monday 2.7-2.12

I’ll be busy preparing for some Valentine’s events and guests this coming week, so I’m relying on our crockpot to feed our family!

Breakfast: Genius Porridge, Eggs
Lunch: Cheese Sandwiches, Apples
Dinner: Split Pea Soup, Biscuits

To Do: Bake Bread, Start Sprouting Lentils

Breakfast: GF Waffles, Homemade Yogurt
Lunch: Hard-Boiled Eggs, leftover Biscuits, Fruit
Dinner: Crockpot Chicken & Brown Rice, Green Salad

To Do: Sprout Lentils

Breakfast: Cream Cheese & Herb Omelets, Toast
Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Apples
Dinner: Sprouted Lentil Tacos, Carrot/Celery Sticks

To Do: Thaw Vension, Make Truffles

Breakfast: Apple Omelets, Toast
Lunch: Cheese Sandwiches, Fruit
Dinner: Crockpot Venison Roast & Veggies

To Do: Soak & Cook Rice, Tea Party Prep

Breakfast: Rice Pudding
Lunch: Salmon Salad on Lettuce
Dinner: Crockpot Chili, Cornbread, Green Beans

To Do: Tea Party Prep, Thaw Meat

Breakfast: GF Pancakes, Eggs
Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Apples
Dinner: Crockpot Roast Beef, Baked Potatoes

To Do: Thaw Broth

Breakfast: Cheese Omelets
Lunch: Soup, Biscuits
Dinner: Shrimp & Veggie Salad

  • I love to make baked potatoes in my crock pot. Just wash, butter skins, poke with a fork, and place in crock pot. Cook on low for about 8 hours. I make these and then we set up a “potato bar” with left over chili, cheese, diced vegetables, sourcream, or whatever you like on your baked potatoes. Your menu always looks so delicious!
