Menu Plan Monday 3.21-27

I did some kitchen prep work last week (making yogurt, pre-cooking some meats, etc) to make things simpler this week, and I’ll be pulling some staples out of the freezer.

Breakfast: Apple Omelets, Pumpkin Nut Muffins (from Grain-Free Meal Plans)
Lunch: Creamy Veggie Wraps
Dinner: Salmon with Garlic Herb Butter, Broccoli-Cheese Potatoes (both recipes from Healthy Pregnancy Super Foods)

To Do: Thaw Meat, Soak Beans

Breakfast: Spinach Omelets, Orange Smoothies
Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Apples
Dinner: Katie’s Spicy Meat Chili (from The Everything Beans Book), GF Corn Bread, Raw Veggies

To Do: Bake GF Bread, Soak Waffle Batter

Breakfast: GF Waffles, Eggs
Lunch: Creamy Tuna Cauliflower Bake (use canned salmon instead of tuna), Oranges
Dinner: Homemade Pizza, Green Salad

To Do: Thaw Chicken, Soak Porridge

Breakfast: Soaked Porridge (from Nourishing Traditions), Eggs
Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Apples
Dinner: Sweet & Sour Chicken Drumsticks, Mustard Potato Salad (from Healthy Snacks to Go), Sauteed Spinach (from Grain-Free Meal Plan)

To Do: Thaw Venison

Breakfast: GF Pancakes, Eggs
Lunch: Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Oranges
Dinner: Broiled Venison Steak, Brown Rice, Green Beans, leftover Lacto-Fermented Sauerkraut

To Do: Prep for Weekend Party Events

Breakfast: GF French Toast, Homemade Yogurt
Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Apples
Dinner: Thai Green Curry Stir-Fry, Fried Rice (with leftover Brown Rice)

To Do: Thaw Meat

Breakfast: Spinach Omelets, Toast
Lunch: Cheesy Apple Rings, leftovers, GF Peanut Butter Cookies (from Grain-Free Meal Plans)
Dinner: Roast Beef (from In the Kitchen: Real Food Basics), Veggies, GF Biscuits
