We’re planning on doing some traveling this next week, so our menu looks a bit different this week! I want to make sure we get the fridge cleaned out and then prepare some road-trip foods (mostly with my favorite snack cookbook, Healthy Snacks to Go).
I’ve also started putting the Plan to Eat website to use (a new sponsor of Frugal Granola; I’ll be sharing about this more later). I’m so thrilled to organize my recipes that I’ve had stashed “around the internet.”
Breakfast: Gluten-Free Waffles, Eggs
Lunch: Cheese Sandwiches, Apples
Dinner: Salmon & Rice Casserole, Steamed Green Beans
To Do: Make Yogurt, Make Power Bars, Bake Bread,
To Do: Thaw Meat, Make Graham Crackers, Soak Beans
To Do: Cook Beans, Make Granola, Make Deviled Eggs, Make Hummus
To Do: Prep Crockpot Breakfast
Breakfast: Crockpot Sausage & Egg Casserole, Oranges
Lunch: Ants on a Log, Gluten-Free Graham Crackers, Milk, Homemade Power Bars (from Healthy Snacks to Go)
Dinner: Cuban Black Beans (from The Everything Beans Book), Simple Baked Yams, Cheddar Cheese, Raw Veggies
