Menu Plan Monday 3.28

We’re planning on doing some traveling this next week, so our menu looks a bit different this week! I want to make sure we get the fridge cleaned out and then prepare some road-trip foods (mostly with my favorite snack cookbook, Healthy Snacks to Go).

I’ve also started putting the Plan to Eat website to use (a new sponsor of Frugal Granola; I’ll be sharing about this more later). I’m so thrilled to organize my recipes that I’ve had stashed “around the internet.”

Monday
Breakfast: Gluten-Free Waffles, Eggs
Lunch: Cheese Sandwiches, Apples
Dinner: Salmon & Rice Casserole, Steamed Green Beans

To Do: Make Yogurt, Make Power Bars, Bake Bread,

Tuesday
Breakfast: Apple Omelets, Toast
Lunch: Bean Burritos Make Refried Beans (from The Everything Beans Book), Raw Veggies
Dinner: Crockpot Chicken Sweet Potato Curry, Brown Rice

To Do: Thaw Meat, Make Graham Crackers, Soak Beans

Wednesday
Breakfast: Gluten-Free Pancakes, Eggs
Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Oranges
Dinner: Gluten-Free Impossible Cheeseburger Pie, Green Salad

To Do: Cook Beans, Make Granola, Make Deviled Eggs, Make Hummus

Thursday
Breakfast: Homemade Yogurt, Homemade Granola
Lunch: Deviled Eggs, Apples, Bread & Butter
Dinner: Taco Salad (from Healthy Pregnancy Super Foods), Milk

To Do: Prep Crockpot Breakfast

Friday
Breakfast: Crockpot Sausage & Egg Casserole, Oranges
Lunch: Ants on a Log, Gluten-Free Graham Crackers, Milk, Homemade Power Bars (from Healthy Snacks to Go)
Dinner: Cuban Black Beans (from The Everything Beans Book), Simple Baked Yams, Cheddar Cheese, Raw Veggies

Saturday
Breakfast: Homemade Granola, Homemade Yogurt
Lunch: Cheese Sandwiches, Apples
Dinner: Turbo Hummus, Chips or Tortillas, Raw Veggies, Milk
