Lunch: Simple Cabbage Soup with Secret Super Food (from The Everything Beans Book), Cheese Sandwiches
Dinner: Taco Salad (from Healthy Pregnancy Super Foods), Brown Rice

To Do: Thaw Zucchini, Rinse & Soak Quinoa

Wednesday
Breakfast: Zucchini Bread (from Healthy Pregnancy Super Foods), Eggs, and Milk
Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Apples
Dinner: Mustard Chicken on Greens, Quinoa

To Do: Thaw Fish, Soak Porridge, Soak Rice

Thursday
Breakfast: Soaked Porridge (from Nourishing Traditions), Eggs
Lunch: Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Apples
Dinner: Fish with homemade Salsa, Cilantro Rice, Raw Veggies & Dip

Friday
Breakfast: Orange Smoothies, Coconut Flour Muffins (from Cooking with Coconut Flour)
Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Apples
Dinner: Homemade Mac & Cheese, Healing Salad (from Healthy Pregnancy Super Foods)

To Do: Soak Beans

Saturday
Breakfast: Cheesy Eggs, Toast
Lunch: Salmon Salad Sandwiches, Oranges
