Breakfast: Baked Oatmeal, Eggs
Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Oranges
Dinner: Club Burger Sliders with Avocado Ranch Dressing, Green Salad

To Do: Thaw Beef, Soak Rice, Soak Porridge

Wednesday
Breakfast: GF Porridge, Peanut Butter
Lunch: Hard Boiled Eggs, Bread, Apples
Dinner: P.F. Chang’s Mongolian Beef, Brown Rice, Broccoli

To Do: Soak Waffle Batter

Thursday
Breakfast: GF Waffles, Eggs
Lunch: Salmon Salad Sandwiches, Oranges
Dinner: Chipotle Salsa Black Bean Soup (use leftover beans), Corn Bread, Raw Veggies

To Do: Soak Beans

Friday
Breakfast: Omelets, Toast
Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Apples
Dinner: Crockpot Tamale Pie, Green Salad

To Do: Thaw Meat

Saturday
Breakfast: Apple Oven Pancake (from Simply in Season)
Lunch: Grilled Cheese & Tomato Sandwiches
Dinner: Crockpot BBQ Ribs, Roasted Potato Wedges, Green Salad

To Do: Prep Rolls

Sunday
Breakfast: GF Cinnamon Rolls, Eggs
Easter Dinner: Ham, Baked Yams, Asparagus, Coconut Flour Bread, Cranberry Sauce (from freezer)
Supper: Chef Salad, Popcorn
