Menu Plan Monday 5.16-22

I’m adding in some new spring produce items from last week’s trip to the Farmer’s Market! I am also incorporating in some leftovers from last week, including yogurt and granola which I already made.

Thu 5/19 Cinnamon Muffins, Eggs Apple & Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Milk Millet & Cheese Casserole, Sauerkraut (from Grain-Free Meal Plans) To Do: Soak Beans, Thaw Chicken
Fri 5/20 Asparagus Omelets, Toast Chef Salad, Bread White Chicken Chili (from Everything Beans), Kale, Cornbread
Sat 5/21 GF Waffles, Eggs Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Apples Homemade Pizza, Green Salad
Sun 5/22 Cheese Omelets, Toast Peanut Butter Popcorn, Oranges Slow Cooker Lentil Rice Casserole (from Everything Beans), Raw Veggies To Do: Thaw Meat

    As you know, I enjoy your menus! I have been gleaning more ideas than usual. Presently, my husband is on Family Medical Leave from hernia surgery. I am trying to stretch our food as far as possible. Thanks for all the economical ideas! (Only three more weeks to go. Please say a prayer for us if you think of us!)~ Ruth
