Menu Plan Monday {5.9-15}

Calvin is starting a new part-time job this week (hooray- after a year!); this should help our fluctuating self-employed budget a bit. I’m planning some simple meals as we adjust to a new schedule. I’m featuring some menus from a few of my favorite fellow-bloggers’ cookbooks; be watching for giveaways later this month!

Wed 5/11 Egg Sandwiches, Bananas Apples with Peanut Butter & Granola, Milk Veggie Quiche (from Grain-Free Meal Plans), Orange Smoothies To Do: Bottle Kombucha
Thu 5/12 Gluten-Free Waffles, Eggs Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Oranges Tomato Cream Sauce Chicken (from “Against the Grain” cookbook), Steamed Broccoli, Brown Rice To Do: Soak Beans
Fri 5/13 Banana Muffins, Eggs Salmon Salad Sandwiches, Oranges 7-Layer Tex Mex Dip (from “Everything Beans” cookbook), Raw Veggies
Sat 5/14 Cheesy Scrambled Eggs, Toast Face Lunches :) Baked Salmon (from Grain-Free Meal Plans), Parsnips, Broccoli To Do: Thaw Broth
