Menu Plan {7.11-17}

We’ll be busy with guests this week, so I’m keeping things simple in the kitchen with my crockpot and finger-foods. Our garden is coming along well, so I’m planning on a bit of garden lettuce with our meals, too!

Fri 7/15 Muffins, Eggs Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Watermelon Southwest Chicken Salad (use leftover chicken) To Do: Thaw Venison, Soak Muesli
Sat 7/16 Soaked GF Oat Muesli (from Nourishing Traditions), Eggs Cheese, Melon, Leftover Muffins (fingerfood picnic) Crockpot Venison, Brown Rice, Carrots To Do: Thaw Fish
Sun 7/17 Cheese Omelets, Toast Peanut Butter Popcorn, Watermelon, Milk Ginger Fish, Fried Rice (use leftover rice), Pea Salad To Do: Thaw Beef
