Menu Plan {8.1-7}

Those green leafy plans are exploding in our garden (and my 4-year-old is picking them faster than I can cook)! I’m planning plenty of fun summer “meal salads” this week to make a dent in my overflowing vegetable drawer.

    The lentil hummus sounds interesting. What kind of lentils do you use? I have sprouted lentils before and made a faux mashed potato with them but they were pretty watery with a less starchy texture that my boys didn’t like. They love hummus though and I’m always looking for ways to mix up their bean intake :)
