In addition to our abundant garden produce, we have plenty of venison on the menu this week. Someone accidentally unplugged our freezer over the weekend; we caught it in time to salvage everything, thankfully! However, it had all thawed just enough that we had to cook it all! I prepped “freezer meals” of cooked venison, to use in the coming days.
