Weekend Inspiration {12.10}

We’ve been focusing on many home-improvement projects this week, including painting the children’s room and making our living space a bit more “homey” (after a year!). (I’ll be sharing my various “nesting” and decorating projects with you in the coming year. You can subscribe to blog posts here for free, if you’d like.)

In the coffeehouse, it’s the season for organic hot ciders (served with a cinnamon stick!) and chocolates, so it smells lovely! In spare moments, I’ve been crafting Christmas gifts, which I hope to share with you soon. Here are some of my favorite links of the week:

  • Christmas Stockings Made From Sweaters @ The Complete Guide to Imperfect Homemaking… Need to make a last minute stocking? I especially love the one with buttons! I’m keeping this in mind for next year.

Smiling Tree Toys… Lots of fun wooden toys!

I hope you have a lovely weekend!

  • Michele, I love your selection of books/DVDs! I have the Anne book and Tea Time w/ Michelle Duggar. The Wilder Life sounds fun! I’m an obessive Little House fan myself. :) Blessings!

    @Katie, Thanks, Katie! :) Just a warning, though, as I’m getting further into the book, there’s a bit of “language” to skip over in the Wilder book. How fun that you actually have the Anne book! I just saw it displayed on our local library’s shelf this week, and randomly picked it up.
    Blessings,
