Menu Plan {1.8-14}

I’m planning some favorite basics this week. I’ll be getting started on my freezer cooking this week, as I begin stashing meals in there for after the baby is born.

Tue 1/10 Oatmeal with Peanut Butter, Homemade Yogurt Hummus Platter Millet & Cheese Casserole, Carrot Sticks
Wed 1/11 Egg Drop Breakfast, Toast Veggie Soup, Cheese Sandwiches Church Supper TBA
Thu 1/12 Carrot Cake Waffles, Eggs Lentil Gratin, Millet Stroganoff, Brown Rice, Cabbage Salad
Fri 1/13 Orange Smoothies, Omelets Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Apples Pizza, Raw Veggies
Sat 1/14 Apple Omelets, Toast Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Tomato Soup Dinner with Friends

    @Emily, Yeah, we usually leave out the “frosting” part, and just have “carrot waffles”. :)


  • I’ve made the waffles before as a treat breakfast when my parents were visiting-YUM!

    Have you made the apple cheddar squash soup before? It sounds good and I added it to my Feb plan on one of my soup days. If this is your first time and you don’t like it, will you share why?
