Menu Plan {2.5-11}

Some basic favorites are on the menu this week. As I can, I’ve been doing some extra baking as well as doubling meals to stock the freezer. (Last week, bananas and peppers were on sale, so I baked up loaves of banana bread and chopped up bags of peppers for fajitas.)

Thu 2/9 Cinnamon Roll Pancakes, Eggs Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Oranges Roast Chicken & Veggies, Millet
Fri 2/10 Soaked Porridge (from Nourishing Traditions) with Peanut Butter Egg Sandwiches, Carrots & Dip Stir Fry (with leftover chicken), Brown Rice
Sat 2/11 Apple Omelets, Toast Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Oranges Chef Salad, Bread
