I’m starting to get back into meal planning again, after weeks of working from my freezer stash, along with some meals from friends after the birth of our new baby. A local friend blessed us with some fresh kale, Jerusalem artichokes, and carrots from the community garden this past week, so I’ve been incorporating those veggies into our meals.
