We have a busy week ahead, so I am accommodating road trips, a busy work week, and some simple meals for babysitters (and this mama with a newborn!). Yay for slow-cookers and finger foods! :)

    QUESTION: I have “Simply in Season” as well but can’t seem to locate the Apple Oven Pancake recipe you share this week.

    Would you mind sharing which page it is on?

    @Lynette, I don’t have the book right now, but I think it’s under “Vegetable Oven Pancake.” (Then, in gives a variation option for baking it with fruit instead of veggies.) Hope that helps! :)

  • LOVE this. I have such trouble coming up with new lunches. I’m GAPS, but the kids aren’t. My brain just doesn’t even think that direction anymore.
